1. Board of intermediate and secondary education. 

2. Inter Board Committee of Chairman (IBCC)

3.  Ministry of foreign affairs Pakistan (Can be done through courier companies)

4. Attest from Russian Embassy in Pakistan.

  1. FSc/FA  or equivalent (e.g. A-Level) -  60% and above marks.
  • for medical -  FSc pre -medical (physics, chemistry, 
  • Engineering  -  FSc pre -engineering
  • Others – FA

Pakistan Medical & Dental council

There are some requirements from PMDC to obtain provisional registration.

Major requirements are listed below universities.

  1. Person, having obtained an undergraduate medical or dental qualification issued by a foreign university/foreign institution duly recognized by the Council, shall be granted a provisional registration to undertake one year house job, subject to degree verification.
  2. Foreign Graduate to whom provisional registration is granted shall complete the mandatory requirement of completing one year house job and passing the National Registration Exam (NRE) prior to issuance of full registration.
  3. Make sure to start your house job after issuance of Provisional License.
  4. You must submit a consent form with every application.
  5. Application Fee is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable
